The lodges, built in local stone and timber blend perfectly into the surrounding landscape. Each one offers a different range of views over the Dee valley, mountains or forest, all simply stunning! On the estate there are 14 different lodge styles sleeping between 2 and 8 people, and with one, two or three bedrooms. There really is a lodge to suit everyone. *Prices from £900 for a 2 bedroom lodge! This is a ‘special one-off purchase price’ and after this, you only pay an annual maintenance fee to Craigendarroch Owners’ Club. The 2024 annual fee for a two bedroom (sleep 6) lodge is £882.12. Prices quoted are subject to availability and will vary depending on week and lodge size.

Selling your week/lodge? Lodge Owners can also list their weeks for sale with Hilton Grand Vacations or can sell privately. To list your lodge for resale with Hilton Grand Vacations please complete the attached sales authorisation form. If selling privately please notify Hilton Grand Vacations (email: ) of the change in ownership details so they can issue a new Holiday Certificate to the new owners.
Alert: There are many alternative methods of selling or marketing your week for sale, many of which are offered by well run organisations. We advise our Owners to be aware of companies that request an enrolment fee to list your week on their books, or companies that call you and say they have a purchaser for your week, but are requesting a payment from you first.
